Wil je iets van mijn website bestellen en staat er geen koopknop bij het product, stuur me dan gewoon een berichtje via het onderstaande formulier of een mail naar info (at) tramfabriek.nl met het gewenste.  Als je voor of na de koop nog vragen hebt, kun je dat gewoon via hetzelfde emailcontact doen. Een antwoord krijg je doorgaans zodra ik het mailtje zie, of kort daarna.

Betalingen gaan bij voorkeur via bankoverschrijving naar mijn Nederlandse ING rekening.

Standaard wordt verstuurd via Royal Mail en alles wordt verstuurd vanuit Engeland (tenzij anders vermeld). De prijzen die je op de website ziet zijn exclusief BTW (wanneer gezien buiten het Verenigd Koninkrijk). Ze bevatten geen douanekosten en importkosten, die mogelijk in het land van de koper nog kunnen worden geheven.

De volgende betaalmethoden worden geaccepteerd:

- Bankoverschrijving na het bestellen.

- Contant op evenement of bij mij thuis (Eton Wick, VK)

- Paypal

Payment preferably through IBAN bank payments to my Dutch account for Euro citizens and Halifax for UK citizens. Rest of the world can pay through IBAN as well or PayPal.

Items will be shipped using Royal Mail and all is sent from the UK (unless indicated differently). The prices you see on this website are excluding VAT. They do not include customs cost, import duties or any other import charges.
